At X4, get in and sweat it out with a full-body, instructor-led workout backed by science, tested by athletes, and loved by real people. Every day is different, but our focus is the same: to get a great, efficient workout—and get back out to the lives we love.
Strength and Power in Under an Hour
Our workouts are split across 4 stations, and no day is ever the same. Each block focuses on different aspects of fitness, like strength, cardio, and endurance, meaning you get a variety of medium- and high-intensity exercises to constantly improve your fitness in and outside the studio.

A 50-Minute Workout is 5% of Your Day
A huge hurdle for most of us is: when? At X4, our workouts are tough, but they’re intentionally short so our members can commit to a weekly regimen. Plus, our schedule offers several class times daily to help our members fit their fitness into busy lives.
